Tel was born and raised in Clark Fork and shortly after graduating high school he joined the U.S. Army. After 18 years of service both Active Duty and Reserves, Tel retired as a Sergeant First Class after sustaining an injury. Tel worked as a Police Officer in Tacoma for 12 years but was unable to return after his last deployment.
Tel currently manages Lightning Creek Inc., and is the post commander of the Clark Fork Veterans of Foreign Wars Post for the last 2 1/2 years.
Tel married his high school sweetheart Amanda and has been married for 20 years. He and his wife enjoy spending time working out and being outdoors. His two children attend the Clark Fork Jr/Sr High School where they are active in sports and their community.
This is a community park with playground equipment for the kids, a softball field and a few bleachers.
We are in the process of securing grants and donations to upgrade the park with newer playground equipment, a restroom facility, walking path, gazebo's with picnic tables, lighting and irrigation, and more. This will be an ongoing project as funds are secured. We hope you can help by donating and/or maybe you are a contractor and want to donate labor in-kind.
Please support the Park!
